New Closing Date

It's been pretty obvious for quite some time that our original closing date of September 1 wasn't going to happen. We've now received an amendment that moves the date to November 30. Considering that we've only had piles of dirt on our lot for going on three weeks, we doubt the new date is an honest one. If history is any precedent, there is no way they will have our house built - from slab to finish out - in just a little over three months. It's much more probable that we won't actually get to close until early 2007.
