Closing Time
Well, our second closing date, November 30, came and went. Our house isn't close to being completed but we weren't even sent an amendment giving us a new date. No calls. No communication. Nothing. I'm not sure who's responsible for issuing the amendments, but whoever it is should be fired - immediately.

Hi Guys. I know your frustration. Ana Osio is responsible for sending out the amendments to all contracts. She is not very knowledgeable about Texas contract law or morgages. Her email address is: aosio@griffinpartners.com
Good Luck!
Hi guys. David Mathias here. I totally agree with you two. Agave made no effort to honor the commitment in our contract to have broken ground within 40 days. No effort to amend, nothing. Now this line from Karen Blaney that they're backing off of the 3-star "green" rating? It's just amazing what these folks are getting away with!
Ana told us that if our closing date had passed, then our contract was expired. So, I don't know how much help she will be. And, to be honest, I don't know how much help any of her bosses will be. You might actually ask your builder to help you out, since he seems to be on top of it and accessible - at least he can mention it to the office.
Good luck!
Kumi
